RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Good news for our customers residing in the UK and the US!
If you need to return an item, we will provide you with the corresponding DOMESTIC shipping address.

We take pride in our work and hope you will love everything that you order from us but if you are not happy with your order for any reason, we'll make things right. We offer returns on all items within 30 days of receipt, excluding our custom-made, custom-modified or outlet products.
RETURNS
We ask that products are returned clean, unworn, unused and have all their tags on. You have the right to use the product as much as necessary in the context of checking its fit and characteristics as this would be done before buying a similar product in a regular store.
Sending products back to us, you agree with a one-sided assessment of the visual and technical condition of the products. Any worn, used or damaged items will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost. We are unable to offer a refund on any custom-made, custom-modified or OUTLET products.
How to return:

Please fill out and submit our Return Request Form.

After receiving the form we will check the date you receive your order and contact you by email providing return shipping instructions.

We will offer domestic return shipping address to our UK and US customers. All the customers residing outside the UK and US will be provided Latvian return shipping address.

Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable and you will ship a returned product back to us at your own cost.

Pack and tape your parcel securely. To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that you use trackable postal service of your choice and keep a proof of postage. Please remember that responsibility for the returned product is yours until the parcel reaches us.
REFUND
Once you have shipped your return item to our facilities, please inform us via email so we keep track your return. As soon as we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed on our side and applied to your original method of payment within 20 business days. Please allow additional processing time for credit card refunds, it may take up to 10 additional business day for your payment card issuer to complete the process.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Please note that custom and other taxes and duties you may pay importing the item in your country are nonrefundable.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS
Wrong Address. If you provide us an address/phone number that is considered wrong or insufficient by the post or courier, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address/phone number with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
