Website WWW.K-9.LV is owned and operated by Latvian Limited Liability company SIA "K-9.LV", legal address Gabru 10, Dzidrinas, Stopinu novads, Latvia, VAT registration No. LV40103752717. This document sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services offered by us. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

REMOTE AGREMENT

The remote agreement between K-9.LV and its customer becomes operational when K-9.LV receives the order made by the customer and sends the order confirmation to the customer via e-mail or using other ways of communication. The legal relations between the parties are regulated by the legislative acts of Latvian Republic. The disputes between the parties are solved by negotiations. Should the parties be unable to reach a consensus, the dispute is to be solved by the court of Latvian Republic. The customer has the right to appeal to the Latvian consumer Right Protection authority.

USE OF K-9.LV WEBSITE

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

PRODUCTS

K-9.LV website offers to its customers K9 related products and services. K-9.LV products and services description and specification as well as price are indicated on the corresponding product/service page. If necessary, an additional information about the products/services can be obtained by contacting us by email info@k-9.lv.

The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every reasonable effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Please also note, that most products we are selling are hand-made, it is therefore unique and small variations in sizes, texture, trims and colors of the products will occur.

PRICES

Prices of K-9.LV products and services mentioned on K-9.LV website are excluding of VAT and shipping charge. VAT and shipping charge will be added at an appropriate rate during checkout depending on your shipping country and nature of products/services. The final amount you are paying (total purchase sum) will be displayed to you before you confirm your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our product's prices and product range at any time without further notice. Changes become operational upon their publication on www.k-9.lv website, and such prices apply to product/service purchases made after the changes were published. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for 15 days from when the order was placed. Special offers, sales and promotions are only valid for the period mentioned on the website in relation to that offer.

SHOPPING CART AND MAKING A PURCHASE

The Shopping Cart is created the moment you choose the selected product using the "ADD TO CART" button. To view or edit your shopping cart please click on shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the web-page. Once you have products in your cart, you can increase/decrease their quantity or remove the products. Clicking on the "CHECKOUT" button takes you to the checkout area where you can submit your details and delivery and billing address for your order. Once you have chosen the shipping and payment methods you will be transferred to the payment pages.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order you will receive an automated confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these and contact us promptly by email info@k-9.lv in case of mistake. Please contact us if you didn't receive the confirmation email within 12 hours. We also suggest you to check your spam folder.

PAYMENTS

In general a customer of K-9.LV website has no right to receive the merchandise prior to making a full payment unless a specific agreement has been made between K-9.LV and the customer.

The payments may be executed using the following means:

using a payment card
using PayPal payment system
using bank transfer in accordance with K-9.LV invoice. In this case if the order is not paid during 5 business days after K-9.LV invoice being sent to the customer, both the order and the invoice will be cancelled.

0% VAT FOR EU-VAT REGISTERED BUSINESS

According to EU legislation if we sell a product to an EU-VAT registered business operating in an EU country other than Latvia we do not need to charge VAT on that sale. If you are such a business please contact us before making the order providing proof of EU-VAT registration. Even if your order has been already processed we will refund you collected VAT to your original method of payment subject to valid EU-VAT registration.

VAT INVOICE

You can obtain a VAT invoice for the products bought at K-9.LV website. For this purpose, after placing an order, please send us email to info@k-9.lv with all the required invoice details.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The purchased products are delivered for a fee, which is not included in the product price and the shipping charges depend on a chosen shipping method and nature of ordered products. You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out. PRE-ORDER

We can offer some products on our website that are on Pre-order. Pre-order allows you to order an item either prior to the official launch or before the stock becomes available for general sale. The pre-ordered item will be shipped to the customer once the stock becomes available, the date shown on the website is only a guide. We will however endeavour to process the order ready for delivery to the customer either on the date shown or shortly afterwards.

RETURNS

We offer returns on all items within 30 days of receipt, excluding our custom-made or custom-modified products.

We’ll give you a full refund except shipping back to us by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. In order to make return more convenient for our US and Australian customers we offer them domestic US and Australian return shipping address.

WARRANTY

All the products offered at our website are covered by K-9.LV warranty. The detailed information about our shipping and delivery policy is set forth in INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING section of our website. The warranty does not affect the Consumer's rights deriving from the legislative acts.
