PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Many of our products are made to order. Usually we are fast and furious in the workshop and 2-5 business days are enough to complete almost any product. Please see our current LEAD TIME to better estimate your order shipment date. Personalized and modified according to customer size items are usually produced within 10-15 business days.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
After your products are finished we will ship according to what you specify at checkout - Latvijas Pasts standard shipping or DPD/ Omniva courier service.

SHIPPING ISSUES
Wrong address or phone number. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct name and shipping address when placing your order. If your parcel is returned because the address given to us is incorrect, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Please also note that for delivery we will need your phone number. If no valid phone number is provided during checkout we will try to do our best to reach you by email. If we will not get your phone number within 5 business days we will send your order using Latvijas Pasts standard shipping method.
Unclaimed. Shipments that go unclaimed usually are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
PARTIAL SHIPMENT
We reserve the right to use Partial Shipment. Partial shipment is the delivery of an order in more than one shipment. It means, when you submit an order containing several products, the products are not shipped at once, rather they are sent in several shipments.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We are not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by K-9.LV in any way. Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they usually depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please contact your local customs office.
TRACKING INFORMATION
All of our shipments have a tracking number. Tracking information will be submitted to you along with your shipping confirmation.
