All K-9.LV products are rigorously field tested to ensure that they meet our stringent standards and come with a 2-years warranty. In the unlikely event that your K-9.LV product mentioned above has been damaged during normal K9-related activities and this is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, we will either repair or replace it.
If you’re looking to claim warranty, we do draw the line at unreasonable use so this warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Sorry to say but our warranty doesn’t cover any damage caused by:
normal wear and tear
improper use or misuse of the product including intentional damage, neglect, abuse, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids
improper cleaning, disassembly, alterations or modifications
acts of destruction by dogs (for example, chewing and scratching)
wear and tear resulting from kennel use, i.e. if the K9 product has been constantly used by multiple dogs
This warranty applies to the original purchaser/owner only. Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, and/or special damages are expressly disclaimed.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY
Good news: No receipt or invoice needed, it’s that simple!
If you believe your K-9.LV product is defective or needs repair services, please fill out and submit our Warranty Request Form.
You will need a well lit photo showing the entire product (or what is left of it) with the damage clearly visible. After receiving the form we will determine whether or not your query is covered by K-9.LV warranty and whether or not you need to ship damaged product back to us so that we can inspect it. We will contact you by email describing the next steps in the process.
If your product is covered under our warranty and needs some repair or replacement, we will pay for any such repair or replacement including shipping the product back to you, but we do ask that you ship the product to us (if deemed necessary) at your own cost.
